As Close the Loop has grown over the years it has sought funding and financial support from the investment community. We successfully raised equity and debt finance to build our US operation. The company has now achieved a level of self-funding capability.
Close the Loop often receives inquiries with respect to being able to invest in the company. We actively maintain a register of all shareholders who are interested in selling their shares and can make introductions to such shareholders who then manage the completion of any transaction without further involvement from the company.

Since the company was founded in 2001 Close the Loop has been supported by a growing number of shareholders. As of today there are 456 shareholders in Close the Loop Ltd.
The company regularly communicates with all of its shareholders through a quarterly newsletter outlining operating performance as well as progress on the achievement of the strategic objectives of the company. Shareholders are encouraged to communicate with the company on matters they believe are relevant for the board and management.
